Returns and refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to contact us if you wish to return any item(s).


Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging.


If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the items are faulty.


How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us first: You must contact us before returning your item. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to process your refund.
  2. Once we authorise the return, we will send you an email with a return number and further instructions.
  3. Return timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive our email to send the goods back to our warehouse. After this period, refunds will be made at our discretion. Items returned outside of this time frame, or without prior authorisation, may be refused and sent back to the sender, possibly incurring additional charges from the courier.

We will not process refunds until we have received and inspected the returned item.


Condition of Returned Items:

  • If the returned item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging, we may deduct a percentage from the refund value to cover the loss in value.
  • Please note that some items may be subject to a deduction fee if they are returned in a condition that diminishes their resale value, such as if they have been opened, used, or damaged beyond normal inspection.


Return Costs:

  • Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return cost.
  • Non-Faulty Items: A returns charge plus an admin fee may apply, depending on the circumstances.
  • If you arrange the return yourself, we recommend using a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
  • If we arrange the return, there will be a charge for the courier service and an admin fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Customer service will inform you of these charges before the return is processed.


Refund processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.
  • We aim to process refunds within 5 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

REFUSED OR MISSED DELIVERIES

If you refuse delivery or miss multiple delivery attempts, and the item is returned to us as undelivered, we are happy to offer you the option of a refund or resending the order. However, please note that a charge will apply to cover the attempted deliveries, return delivery, and admin costs. The applicable charges will be deducted from your refund or added to the cost of resending the order.

CANCELLING ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, so it’s important to get in touch with us within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this time, we may be unable to stop the dispatch.


For the quickest response, we recommend calling our customer service team to cancel the order. If we’re able to prevent the order from being dispatched, we will issue a full refund.
