Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an order acknowledgement email listing the items you’ve ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or acceptance from Garden Olympia.

Your order is considered accepted and a contract is formed between you and us when the products are dispatched, unless we’ve informed you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to our Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages for more details).

After placing your order, you can view the details of your purchase via your account on our website.

UK Only Delivery
This website is solely for the delivery of products to customers within the United Kingdom. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over upon delivery. Alternatively, goods may be left as per your instructions, but this is done at your own risk.

Delivery Areas
We offer delivery to most locations across the UK. Any exceptions to this will be clearly stated in the Delivery section of our website. Please note that we cannot deliver a single order to multiple addresses. Each delivery address will require a separate order.

Delivery Timeframes
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Garden Olympia will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timescale, provided the delivery is made within a reasonable period. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you to offer the option to either cancel the order or confirm your acceptance to proceed.

Third-Party Carrier
All deliveries are handled by a third-party carrier, typically between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery to Your Door
Unless otherwise stated, your goods will be delivered to your door. Our couriers are not insured to enter your home and are not responsible for any additional lifting, assembly, or installation of your products.

Separate Deliveries
If your order contains multiple items, these may be delivered separately, even if they share the same estimated delivery date. This is due to the possibility of products being loaded onto different vehicles.

Risk of Loss or Damage
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the goods have been delivered.

Payment Timing
We process payment at the time we receive your order, after verifying your card details and checking stock availability. Please note, goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been taken.

Pricing
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website when we receive your order, with the following exception: While we make every effort to ensure all prices are accurate, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error for the goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, any payments made will be refunded in full.

We accept payment via Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

VAT & Delivery Charges
All prices on our website include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate, as well as delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. For further details, please refer to our Delivery section.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for unwanted items. For full details, please refer to our Delivery and Returns & Refunds sections. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning unwanted items. If you would prefer, we can arrange a courier to collect the items on your behalf; however, the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Delivery and Returns & Refunds sections for instructions on how to proceed.

Product Measurements
All sizes, weights, and measurements are approximate. While we strive to provide accurate information, slight variations may occur.

Domestic Use Only
Our products are selected for domestic use only. If you intend to use them for business purposes, please ensure you have appropriate insurance coverage.
